Do I need to register to use fingerbowl.in?

  • Yes. For Table reservation, further booking/cancellation and all other communications etc. we require basic information such as your Name and Mobile Number which will help us serve you better.

Are there any additional charge to book a table or pre-order food using fingerbowl.in?

  • It's FREE for consumers. There are NO service charges at all.

Will the prices of the food items differ on fingerbowl.in website and the restaurants?

  • No. They are usually exactly the same except for the times when we offer discounts. Keep an eye on our Best Deals page.

Table Reservation & Pre-Order

How does fingerbowl.in work?

Select Restaurant -> Choose Table ->Pre-Order Food -> Pay Online -> Show up and Enjoy!

  • Step 1: Use the search box on the homepage to search for a restaurant of your choice or explore the restaurants based on the reviews of other foodies on our website.
  • Step 2: View real time table availability of your selected restaurant.
  • Step 3: Select the food items and drinks that you would like to order. (The menus are updated every month to make sure they are up-to-date.)
  • Step 4: Make easy and secure payment for your meal via PayU.
  • Step 5: Show up at the restaurant on time and wait for your food to arrive within lesser than 10 minutes of your arrival.

Can I reserve a table using fingerbowl.in?

  • Yes. To reserve a table, go to the restaurant profile page select available time slots, pre-order food items and pay for what you order. We not only reserve table but also save time and trouble of booking and waiting time at restaurants. Your ordered food will be served hot and without any further service delays.

Can I change my order at the restaurant?

  • We encourage you to not modify or change pre-order food items. However, You will be informed about the final confirmation of ordered food preparation via a notification when you are near to the restaurant. You can use the in-app chat and call option to tweak your order at the final minutes by speaking to the restaurant staff. The change of request should absolutely be agreed by restaurants staff to process your final request. Sometimes restaurants may not change requested order considering availability of food items and time of business hours.
  • The cost of the new food item(s) should be equal or more than the amount you had paid for the pre-order. This might also mean that you will have to give the chef a little bit of time to prepare the new food item(s) requested as these were not pre-booked.

Who should I pay for the extra food items ordered at the restaurant?

  • You can directly pay for the extra food and drinks at the restaurant.

Invoice / Order Confirmation

Do I need to take a print of the invoice after paying for my meal on fingerbowl.in website or app?

  • No, a soft copy of the invoice on your phone is fine. As long as you can show a proof of payment at the restaurant, you are good! A copy of email booking order summary invoice and if required furnish the Identity proof (Driving License, Student ID Card, Company ID Card, Passport, PAN Card or Voter Id Card)

I've lost my pre-order invoice. What should I do now?

  • You can show the email you received after booking. If you can't access that, please call us at +91 93930 56666.

Making a Payment

How can I pay for the reservations and pre-ordered meals?

  • You can pay for your pre-order with a credit card, debit card, or through Internet Banking. Payment is through secure PayU gateway.

Is it mandatory for the credit card owner to be one of the diners for that reservation?

  • No. You can use a credit card that's not your own too to make a booking. Just make sure you have an Identity Proof confirming that you are the purchaser of the pre-order ticket.

Is it safe to use my credit card on fingerbowl.in website and app?

  • We take security of your payment information very seriously. Transactions on fingerbowl.in are very safe. We employ the best-in-class security to make sure your card information is safe. Cancellation of Reservation

Can I cancel my pre-order online?

  • Most of the pre-orders can be cancelled online. However, sometime the restaurants may charge a cancellation fee and the amount and cancellation period usually depends on each restaurant's cancellation policy. Getting a Refund

How can I get a refund in case I cancel my pre-order(s)?

  • To request a refund, you need to provide us with the pre-order reference number, and details of the mode of payment used (e.g. - card number in case of card payment).
